Yes, please. Needed to have all those AppSumo purchases remembered, even if the URL name and logo show up ;-). Probably, there are a lot of other use cases. Just a small notes field. A tooltip would be really great, but optional for me. More important is saving the note and displaying it in edit mode.

I think what OP meant was a Tooltip. And yes, it is one of the most basic thing a bookmark tool should be able to do!
