Add the "Name" field to the "Add Bookmark Form"

I like to display the names on my bookmark lists. 

Right now it is SOOOO many steps to edit the "Name" field so it shows up properly (instead of the full URL).

Current steps I take:

1. Add bookmark (Doesn't currently show Name field)
2. Click Edit Mode
3. Click on the Bookmark
4. Click Edit
5. Edit the Name
6. Click Save

If you could include the "Name" field as optional on the Add Bookmark form this would be so much easier.
